Hey Y'all

So guys I'm back from a wonderful 3 weeks in Newfoundland with my family. I figured dispite the reasoning behind me going I was gonna make the best of it and enjoy my family time. I was heart broken to leave my dad but I know he underdstood that I had to come back. Every day I could see a change in him health wise and I just pray that the rest of this time is peacefu.

I only lost 3 pounds while home but with all the stress I'm just glad I lost. I did have a few things off my program like Humpty Dumpty cheesies but before I would eat a big bag everyday and this time I had the little halloween bag and was full. It's hard to believe how much things have changed. A few times friends and famly questions my little portions but I just told them I eat a small serving on a small plate and I don't have seconds. They all seemed quite content with my answer.

I've had quite a few NSV, some to mention are smaller clothing sizes, being able to cross my legs to both the left and right with no troubles, decreasing inches, tying my shoes without any huffing and puffing. Being able to walk 5k in 40 minutes without getting winded and being able to keep up with my Aunt who is a speed walker. Before on the plane the seat belt would barely fit and now I had inches of belt left over and the seat was way more comfie. I have more confidence that ever before and when people comment on my weght loss I simply say Thanks for noticing rather than shying away like I would before.

Hope you are all well and behaving ;) I'm so glad to be back. I missed you all. Oh I've added some recent pictures to my profile. Feel free to have a look.

Kee.

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't.  Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened.  My Surgery was September 21/2010

Thanks Dreena for thinking of me and my family. Also for all your lovely comments.

I've got to say thought that I can't believe how cold it is here. Back in Newfie they been have temperatures in the teens. I think I left too early, I would love to be out walking in that kinda weather.

I grew up on the West Coast.  As a child and teen we would get lots of snow and cool temperatures but nothing like +13 in december. I can't belive how the weather has change on our side of the island the past few years. When I went home for Easter we didn't even have snow.

Welcome back! I'm so happy you had a good visit. Along with a few NSV that you've noticed. I'm starting to see some NSV of my own lately which is making me extremely happy.

Aww Thanks guys, it's good to be back. I've miss the forum.

Adrianna, I can't believe how the NSV creep up on you when you least espect them too, it's super exciting to start noticing a change.
