And HUNGER hits hard

Hi there Everyone,

I'm almost three months out of surgery. After I had my RNY, I've never really felt hungry. There were 'little' feelings of 'I should eat something' but never full blown HUNGER. I thought I was going to be lucky and not have the HUNGER again... (I must have been wishful thinking.. lol)

Well HUNGER hit me hard yesterday. I was out and about in our communities with my Air Cadets yesterday doing their Rememberance Day Ceremonies (Boy they were so proud) and I couldn't figure out why my tummy was hurting so much until I actually put something into it... then I figured it out... HUNGER had finally caught up with me... damn it.. lol...

Now it hasn't left me since it appeared... *nuts*!!  Hopefully I can learn to control this HUNGER like I did with the hunger I was feeling prior to surgery... it worked then, hopefully it will work now...

I just wanted to throw this out there... has anyone else had HUNGER come back in full force??

Melody

I have. It hit me full force about 2 months after surgery. After I eat soemthing, even if it is a few bites, it usually goes away for a bit. Until my body decides I'm hungry again. lol.
