Congratulations.

All I can say is hold on tight cause you are in for the ride of your life. Having surgery done was one of the best choice I have made for myself thus far in life and even though any surgery comes with pain and discomfort. It also comes with a new beginning and perspectives. When asked with I do it again I don't hesitate to to definitely YES.

thank you all1 I'm soooo excited. I know there will be pain and some discomfort, i have had 2 c-sections and 2 torn ligement in my knee which feels worse! lol but i am prepared for that, i am very healthy and heal well so I'm hoping for no complications and a speedy recovery.

I'm looking into finding a personal trainer in my area for around the six week post mark. I'm hoping to teach my brain as I am losing in a (no fail environment) that it is the excercise that is making the difference!  I love the working out feeling but have been too heavy to keep at it! God I'd love to be able to run~ not sure that is an option with my knee~ however....

I'm rambling.. lol
Has anyone one else used a trainer?
