Liberte greek yogurt

Just wondering if anyone knows where to buy this brand of yogurt.  It was recommended yesterday as a good source of protein for post surgery.
 

I found some at superstore...

Their website is liberte.gc.ca and there is info under products.

Make sure you read the label, there is one that is 0% fat and for 3/4c serving there is 110 calories, 20g protein, 6g carbs- five of those carbs are from sugar.

The other type is "plain" yogurt and its also 110 calories, but only 9g protein while there is 3.5g fat and 7g carbs.

I have also heard that the greek yogurt is at IGA, but I haven't seen it there.

Thanks for the info everyone it has helped I knew I had seen it somewhere but couldn't remember.

I got mine at Sobeys, I tried it but didn't really like it.  I think it was the texture of it.

I might try it again, though, because I've found several recipes that use it and they looked good.

I too am worried about the texture thing.  But thought it was worth a try if it helps get  the protein in.  Thanks to everyone *****plied.  I am going today to get some and try it before surgery.  I can't beleive how fast the time is going.  Three weeks yesterday.  Today is pre admission clinic and now it seems real.

I actually had it in my cart to buy at costco yesterday but my stomach has not been agreeing with diary products so I was worried about getting it.
