Wow I can't believe how fast this first month went by. Was it all Worth it: YES YES YES..... I have a new love in my life and it's NOT food, it's my sleeve.

1st goal acheived December 27th/2010. 1 week after my 3rd month surgery anniversary.
2nd goal acheived June 4th/2011. 2 weeks after my 8th Month Surgiversary.

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010
This month flew by and honestly it doesn't feel like I even had surgery. Yes I hayted the few days post op but no regrets now.
I was wondering why I haven't been losing much though today and it dawned on me--- CARBS!!! I guess I was thinking I was getting nutrition if they were going down easy. HAHAH what a tool!
I revamped and I'm gonna get back to good ole proteins and veggies. I had a brain fart and I'm glad I figured it out.
Water goes down with ease and I can't wait to rid myself of my slump and flu to get active again!!
