VSG on 09/21/10

I went to Shoppers Drug Mart and they ordered it in for me. It's Cost was 26 dollars but i haven't used yet. I'm still not eat enough to add a whole scoop and it's only 6 grams of protein.Anyway here is the info I gave the Pharmacists, Resource Beneproteins 227g can, distributed by Mckessom and product # 143818. Aso i've been told that Rexall Drugs can order it in as well.

Arlene if you can handle milk products- grab a bag of skim milk powder. A serving of that is 9g of protein. Beneprotein isn't all that pleasant in foods I'm told .

Beneprotein is not that bad added to ensure but it only gives you 6g of protein per serving and 25 calories. That is a good idea with the skim milk powder also alot cheaper than the protein powders.
