Anybody having surgery in January?

Hi Everybody.  I am new to this site but have found it so helpful.  I am wondering if anybody is having their surgery towards the end of January and would be interested in being sort of a support, you know to compare notes, helpful hints etc?

Some of us on this site have had surgery already, and some haven't. But I'm sure EVERYONE is more than willing to give you support!

Hello, I was told by my nurse on Monday that I would most likely be having surgery in January. I was aproved a month ago so I am waiting to be booked. I guess they are waiting for the OR schedule for Jan so they can start booking again. I'm excited... I wish I had a date cause that would really put things into perspective and not feel like I am hanging about. I'm done all the pre stuff required( gastro, Pre admission Clinic, Psych, ECG, blood work..ect) just going to see Dr. Farries once a month until the big day get here in Jan some time!! So I guess this will be my last fat christmas...lol

I'm up for any online support I can get or give and friends too, they are always nice to have.
