Freaking Out
OMG I got a date and I'm so freaking out. My surgery is Tuesday the 21st of September. Yup you read it right, Tuesday coming. My sister got the call today and when she called me at work I was like frig off joking and you shouldn't be calling me at work for nothing but it's not a joke she was serious.
Anyway it's apparently not with Dr Karmali but with Dr Birch which surprises me but at this point I'm so excited I dont' care who's doing it.
Right now I'm worst than a 5 year old on a chocolate rush, I can barely sit still.

DUDE!! We're gonna be surgery buddies!!!!! Yahoooo! I'm SOOO happy for you! and for me too! Now we have each other in the hospital, same surgeon and same surgery. Someone to walk the gas off and chat with!! Hell we are the Maritimers that won't take no **** off that *****y nurse HAHAHAHA
Gimme the details....when are you at the clinic for your weigh in? When in your pre-adminision.
I see Corey at 10:30 and have preadmission at 11:45. Hopefully I'll see you before Tuesday. Its's been so long I don't know if I'd recognize you!!
Ohhh this is so exciting!! How are you holding up? Still in shock?
I know girl isn't it awesome. I am still shocked that its 5 days away and I guess I'm kinda lucky that I didn't didn't have to do the liquid diet or other wise I'd still be waiting. I'm also kinda glad that it took me off guard cause now I don't have alot of time to sit and stress over it. The next few days will be super busy.
So here's the scoop. Tomorrow I do my pre-op with my family Doc, Friday morning I weight in at the clinic at 9:45, even though Jina has been my nurse all along I am actually doing this weight in with Corey and then I have my pre-admission at 11:45. So Friday is gonna be super busy with all that driving.
Monday evening they will call and tell me what time I have to be at the hospital and what time my surgery will be. I'm thinking that I will stay in Sherwood Park with my cousin and have her drive me to the hospital that morning.
I'm not good when it comes to pain so I'm hoping I get a good nurse who has no problem pushing the drug.

I see my family doc on Friday to get that sheet filled out, see Corey Monday and then pre-admission right after where I'll get a time then I was told ( or if not they'd call me by early evening).
EEEEKKKKKKKK!!! 5 freakin days!!!
You have no time to stress........let me know how Friday goes. I want the scoop on the pre-admission stuff etc.
Tell them we're sharing a room if we can't have a single LOL
