Do any of you run?

So today I decided that I wanted to start C25K (Couch to 5K) but totally failed!! I dud the warm up walk, first 60 sec run and the next walk but only got 1/2 war through the sec run and wanted to die.
I felt dizzy and wanted to throw up! You'd think after losing almost 100 lbs I could do this.
Do any of you run and how did you power through the pain?
I'm trying my bike next!!!

Is this an exercise dvd?  Keep trying you will get there.

I'm no sure if it comes on a DVD but it's an online program & I have an app for my iPhone . It's something new and my body of course doesn't like it. I premise of the 8 week program is that at the end you'll be able to run 5km .
I biked 7 km yesterday and today my bottom feels bruised!! I can't win! Lol

I did it!!!!!! Week 1 Day 1 that is! I hit through it and feel so great. I did it in the comfort of my own backyard and ran/walked around my pool!
Thanks for the lil push Karen! I had it in me to give , just scared!!
