I hope I can maintain my weight when I reach my goal weight as well as I can now. I weighted at the clinic yesterday when I was in there with my sister and I have not lost an ounce since June 7th.
Don't get me wrong it's great that I haven't gained but come on I need to be loosing at this stage in the game not maintaining.
On another note I just found out today that I have a magnesium deficiency, now there's another vitamin added to my daily vitamin ****tail.
Anyway hope everyone is doing great and enjoying the beautiful weather.

Just need to change something. Increase your activity and drop some calories. Maintaining is the goal from now until surgery and if you lose more-- bonus! :)

I had a phone follow up with my dietitian this morning and I felt so great afterwards. I have been extremely lazy the last little while and talking about it has really jumpstarted my motivation and I set a goal to get moving on Sunday. I'm gonna start running!! Yikes that is scary  just to think about it LOL
You'll do fine and summer is always the hardest.

Sorry to hear about another vitamin but better to get these things figured out now eh?

Oh Hun!  I totally understand how absolutly frustrating that is!  I went in there one time with a 3 pound gain!  I mean really!  Yes, you are lucky that it was a maintenance, but it is still hard to swallow.  Please don't give up!  As was said just drop a few calories and change up/add more exercise.  I read somwhere that even if you walk the same distance but chabge the direction it will trick your body into thinking it is doing more work, so try that!  Good luck:)

Hey, never thought of that.  I tend to eat the same things every day cause it's easy.  I guess it's time to be adventureous. lol

I've started aquasize in the Kinsmen in Sherwood Park, Monday and Wed from 7 to 8.....if anyone cares to join me, that would be great!

Thanks everyone.

I haven't been really exercising much lately cause I'm workign 2 jobs that leaves me working 14 hours a day and trust me by the time i get off I'm ready for a bath and bed. My main job allows me to be very active, most shift are 8 hours and I do up to 25 thousand steps.
I am a creature of habit of I've been tryign to change up my foods and the times that I eat them, we'll see what the upcoming weeks will bring.

So true Michelle, it's so easy to gain but so hard to loose, I guess I didn't put it all on over night so I can't espect it to all come off over night.
It was great meeting you too. It's always nice to put a face to the name and messages.
