Calgary Aqua size buddies

Hi all My name is Tina I am 31 and morbidly obese. I am awaiting  to see the doc about weight lose surgery. I was going to curves 3 times a week and did loose 30 pounds, however I damaged my knee, and was told to stop curves and do aqua size instead.So I am wanting to work out somewhere in the NW, maybe the VRRI pool. Mon, Wed, Fri. between 9-2 (because of kids in school). I am trying to cut calories, I would love a buddy or buddies in Calgary, male or female that share the same goals as me, be healthy, lose weight, to live long enough to dance at my children's wedding.Thank you....Tina

Hi tina... i would love to go swimming with you... but work thru the day...i live close to the cardel place and i know they have a pool also... if you have a sitter in the evening... and you want to i would love to go... so let me know... tammy, and heh good for you on the 30 lbs ....

cardel is just off country hills blvd in the nw behind the homedepot and beside the superstore.. i would love to go... let me know when is good for you... i am going to start a one week trial at curve's next tuesday so i will see how that goes... but any night is good for me... let me know.. tammy

Does anyone else look at this board....?  I realize it's a few years old but a friend of mine and I are trying to get into this.

Hi Ladies,

I am new to this forum and to Calgary.. if your still going to aqua size or know of anyone else that is interested in going I could use a friend to work out with as well.

The want to work out is there, the actually doing it is not. I live in Inglewood and there is a pool only a couple of blocks from our house if this of interest to anyone?
