I agree with you regarding AHC.  I think the real issue is that our health care providers need to realize first and foremost that obesity is a disease.  It can't be cured, but it can be controlled.  I think it's great that you were able to go and self pay, however, it is not always an option for everyone.  It is terrible when you think that so many people are suffering and it always seems to come down to money....whether it is government sponsored or not.  Appreciate your thoughts and well wishes.  I extend mine to you as well.
