Hey Sarahbear, just wanted to remind you to keep up on the journaling. You want to be as diligent with that as you can. When i was pre-op..i remember missing a week or 10 days of journaling, and i fessed up to my dietician about it, tryint to be accountable for myself, and they "reviewed" my case, all because it was part of the program and i wasn't sticking to it and journaling like i was supposed to.It definately put a scare in me thinking i couldve been kicked out of the program after alot of hard work.  Its soo easy to get side tracked and not do it, the journal was/is one of the things i struggle with, but i try and make sure i pack it with me everywhere, if i dont, i set a reminder in my phone for like 9pm when im usually home to write down what i ate for the day.  Also for "falling off the wagon" don't beat yourself up over it, i wouldnt have survived without falling off...i allowed myself one "date" night every 10 days where i could eat what i wanted that day.. sometimes it was more then one night. But 90% of the time i ate healthy, the other 10% im only human and i didnt eat so healthy, and sometimes i want things.. aka hot wings and ice cream. lol. When you do fall off, just get back up and get on. i had to start over a zillion times.. Best of luc****ep on keepin!

Hi Everyone!

I've been a terrible board-member lately and I'm sorry. I still creep and read how you are all doing, I just haven't had the time to come on and write an update.

I am loving my new job. There is a lot to learn and I am really loving being in the middle of all that new information.

I was diagnosed with ADD in May and have been taking Adderall since then. I was doing fine for about three weeks, or rather I wasn't noticing that I was having trouble eating so much, but during the 4th week, I realized that I was eating around 1000 calories a day and lost about 8lbs in 5 days. I contacted the clinic and had my dosage adjusted and seem to be doing better but still am not able to eat solids in the morning and have no real desire for lunch, eating the bulk of my calories after 5pm.

I am registered for Plus Sized Yoga at a studio on Whyte Ave and it starts on July 7th, I'm also going to start doing aquafit two or three days a week. I am looking to see what else I can take on. I am really bored with walking. I can't seem to find a new playlist or location that keeps me interested.

Hope everyone is good!
