Oh my, it's so warm these pass few day that my body isn't likeing it and has decided to hold on to the fluids. I weighted yesterday morning and again this morning and I was up almost 3 pounds. I know it's from fluid but I don't really know how to get rid of it. Even my rings are stuck on my fingers and my hands are so tight and sore. It seems like the more I drink the worst it gets.

Eat LOTS of celery. It acts as a natural diuretic. Get some celery seed extract pills.... I have those as I have major water retention problems. The pills really DO work. Ummmm....if you have a SuperStore or Extra Foods near you, get the Exact brand Herbal Diuretic ones as they're only $5.45 for a bottle...... the Natural Factors ones that I was looking at at the local health food store were $27 +tax!!!!! o_O You're paying for the name with that one. lol
