Hey all,

Seeing as I'm on the waiting list for surgery I thought I'd try some protein powders and I found one called Iso Femme, specially designed for women. I decided to try it and it's not bad that said I'm not a milk drinker cause of allergies and I mixed it with water. It's gulten free, non-estrogenic and aspartame free. Comes in vanilla or chocolate and I found it easy to get down. Not gritty or thick.

For 1 scoop mixed with 4-6oz it's:
Calories-120
Fat-1.5g
Pure protein-25g
Carbs-3g
Sugar-2g
Sodium-100mg

I've seen it at Shoppers for 24.99 but Extra Foods sells it for 11.94.
