Frustrated
The darn buggers sent them back asking why I can't get these services in my hometown and why I even need them. I don't feel I should have to explain to anyone why I am in a program to better my health. I know injections through Dr. Bernstein are covered and any other medical appts are - doesn't make sense. Heck I submitted a receipt from the RAH when I had my baby last June and that wasn't a problem.They want a copy of my referral letter from my doctor now or a letter from WW stating why I'm in such a program.
Grrrrr **** me off on a day where I'm down 2.2 lbs
I submitted all my receipts and mileage through my taxes and they didn't look for letters why I had all these appointments and mileage claims and like thats the goverment we're dealing with.
Well I hope that you can get this figured out cause I know from experience that this process isn't cheap. We are very lucky that the surgery is covered by our health care but getting to that point isn't.

Thanks for the congrats....but my calories are all a mess. I'm full at 1200 calories and know I'm gonna get a slap on the fingers for that but I can't go back to overeating. That is what got me at 328 in the first place LOL
How are things with you Kee? Gonna make your appt with Dr. Karmali on Monday?!!? OMG--- MONDAY already!?!? Eeeekkk that month flew by!
Things are just ok. I'm slowly getting this stress under control.
I had a great telephone conversation with my nurse Jina last week, I think she knew I need some inpsiration and insight to get me through to next week.
I am able to go on Monday but Jina said don't be surprised if I don't get approved with Dr Karmali on the first visit cause he likes to have all the test and stuff done before he approves. Some people on the forum say differently but I'm ok with just getting in a meet and greet with him. If he approves me its a bonus and if he doesn't on the 1st visit well thats ok too.
I gained a little weight while one holidays in april but according to my scales I'm back to my pre- holiday weight which is good. So anyway now I just gotta wait unti Monday and hope everything goes ok.
