Prep For Surgery Class

So today I have my prep for surgery class...anyone in the same class as me?

Is it the nutrition class?  I have that one today at 1PM.

I have mine on June 11 & 22 both at 9am. Wondering if you get weighed while attending these?

Yes, they weigh you everytime you go in there.  I was actually not expecting it when I went in for my first one... I knew better after that!

Lol!  I wasn't expecting the weigh in either!  I am in maintaining the change this month...on the 10th at 1.  Is anyone in that one???

 

I figured there'd be a weigh in. Nothing surprises me but to not think about it and  then go in  for your pre-surg classes and gain- I'd die!!!! hahah  I'm sure it's happened to many and it's disappointing and frustrating. Fingers crossed my weight keep plunging.

I didn't think they would weigh us.  So when I went in and asked asked to use the scale, they were like "Oh you don't want to be surprised when the Nurse weighs you?"  Oh!!!  And my weight stayed the same!! But then I re-weighed myself after the class b/c I felt really full and bloated before and my weight was down 0.6kgs.  Really weird!

I enjoyed the class but there was one lady that kept on making some really weird comments but whatever.

There was me and one other lasy who coincidentally had her vsg same day as me.  She was a little strange as well...
