Well, sometimes I thought it would never come but... tomorrow I get my sleeve. I went to the WW clinic today for my pre-op weigh-in. In the 3 weeks liquid diet, I lost another 13 pounds! My mom said why don't I just stay on the liquid diet- and I said till when-- forever?? Anyway, I had lost 42 over the last 2 years so that makes a total of 55 pounds gone! NEVER TO RETURN!!! I was hoping to lose 50 before surgery so that is my first goal met.
I can't seem to make that weight loss ticker co-operate- also I may get 1, 2, or 3 of them. Darn thing!!
Katie

OOPS- I see I now have 4 and I can't change the weight.???

Sorry that I'm too late to wish you well before you have your surgery:(  But good luck anyway!  I hope that you feel as great as I did/do:)  It is a really big adjustment once you start to 'eat' even liquids are hard to get down the first few days.  I tried to eat some grilled ham and cheese with saurkraut today (my 2 weeks are up!)  and it was a little painful.  I think I will try fish for supper tonight and see if that is better as it is softer.  I just thought I could handle toast.

Anyway if you have any questions feel free to ask me and I will do what I can to help, although I am still new at this too!  Just walk and walk and walk:)  I think that was my key to success.
