happy anniversary to em

well folks it has been a week since the magic band was put in place.  I have had good days and bad but doing ok.  looking forward to coming off clear fluids after what will be close to 7 weeks by my last day ( did i mention may 13 lol) and trying some scrambled eggs and i dont even really like eggs.

went walking today again on my edmonton tour of various malls as the snow melts lol.  southgate today. was a nice place to walk actually.

how long after surgery did people start to drive?  tired of depending on others to drive me places.

   I was about 2 weeks maybe a little more. but I didnt Drive alot. It really tired me out. ( shoulder checking Sucked...

. I had RNY on April 6th. so a mth today.. As for the Fluid thing. I was about the same. It does get easier.. Im having some issues with food but nothing serious..  :-) I have an meeting with the RD this afternoon and Im hoping we can figure out whats going on.. Liquids are fine.. Food not so good..

I cant imagine liquids for 7 weeks....  Glad your up and walking thats great.
