yougart?

hey folks im not a regular yougart eater .... not that i hate it .... just never got too much into it.  four days out want to have some to add variety to eating and wondering what brand to get?  looked at the store yesterday and was not sure which kind did not have the evel lumps etc in it..  please help me out.

hi scott... just go for the low calorie... source is good.... sugar free, fat free... it is about 35 calories a container... you really have to watch the calorie count as some of them are 170 calories a container, and you don't want that.... good luck..tammy

lol I was going to suggest the Source yogurt too. I love it. I even ate it pre-op cause I'm a type 1 diabetic. 

If you're worried about the fruit chunks in it, you can just zip it through a Magic Bullet. That's what I did when I came home on full fluids for the first 2 weeks.

Im still on full fluids, i buy the bio-best liquid drinkable yogurt, has no chunks or fruit pieces in it, has about 5g of protein and low fat.

I do the Cremette One. Its in blue box and comes in 8 and 16 .. Most of it is Vanilla ( fruit) but cremey.. so thats what i have in the ams...
