This is the only "liquid" protein I have...

It's amazing and I have one every morning as my Pre breakfast.

Hope you enjoy and try it....

Protein Hot Chai Mix   6 scoops vanilla protein powder 1.5 cups non-fat powdered milk 3/4 cup Splenda 1T. chai spice mix (or use half cinnamon and half ground ginger) 1t. ground cloves 1t. cardamon (original recipe calls for this, but I don't have any, so skipped it)   Mix all dry ingredients in a covered bowl until well blended.  Make a cup of hot tea. Add two heaping tablespoons of mix to the tea. Wisk or blend in Magic Bullet or blender for about 30 seconds. Makes it nice and frothy.  Recipe makes about 8 servings.   Per serving:  Calories: 146 Fat: 1g Carbs:  9g   Protein: 19g

Brenda, which vanilla protein do you use?  I seem to be having issues finding a good one.

Also, can you post your peanut butter cookie and granola bar recipes?

Thanks!!!

Jill

I know we are supposed to have whey...but I don't like the way it mixes in with food or my tea, so I have Soy protein which I get from Walmart  $19.00 a can...its called Weider in an orange container.

As for the other recipes...here they are...

Protein PB Cookies...

1 cup PB (I use the lower fat version that Squirrel makes)
1 cup Splenda crystals
1 egg
1 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix and drop by tsps on cookie sheet (should make around 14) press with fork...then bake at 350 for about 9 - 10 min..

SOOOO yummy
