Hello Ladies..HATE THE NEW LAYOUT BTW

I am trying to get ready for my surgery and I was told to find a Clear Liquid No carb or fat Protein drink..I was told about Isopure drink but seems that its being sold at GNC but only in the states...so I was wondering if anyone who has had the sleeve could tell me what they used for there clear liquid protein Drink..

I found Isopure at Walmart - Capilano but haven't seen it in other Walmarts. You could call a GNC store here and see if they sell it.

I've seen the 6 pack pre-mix at Shoppers Drug Mart.

HW:274 SW:238 CW: 150.0 1St goal: 199.8 2nd goal:174 (100 pound lost)
My Persoanl Goal: (HIgh)150 (Low)140

1st goal acheived December 27th/2010. 1 week after my 3rd month surgery anniversary.
2nd goal acheived June 4th/2011. 2 weeks after my 8th Month Surgiversary.
Gall Bladder surgery April 12,2012

You can either believe it will happen.....or believe it won't. Both are self fulfilled prophesies. For Me it has happened. My Surgery was September 21/2010

Thx everyone..Tommorrow I will be off to search down this drink at Wal-Mart ,London Drugs and Shoppers drugs..hopefully 1 will have it. Thx for the responce
