Challenge For the Week of April 26 to May 02
Hey all! So here is our first challenge. I will go from today until Sunday. Next week we will do it from Monday until Sunday.
I thought we would start with an easy but important one, and one that we should all be striving for anyway:)
Drink at least 8 cups of WATER each day. Other drinks do not count towards this goal. Come on here at the end of the day and post how you did. If you are the first one on here in a day you can start a new thread. Just title it Weekly Challenge and the date (or the day of the week) Good luck all!
