Dont' beat yourself up....I still sneak choc/chips et****assionaly....and still throw up here and there.  I am doing great and it does take time to break bad habits.

One very bad habit of mine is tasting while I am cooking for my family...so come supper time, I cannot eat.

Be proud of your accomplishments so far...you will do great !!

We all have demons that linger in our minds. The key is to forgive yourself. We are our own worst emenies and we beat our selfs up way to much. The minute after you ate it, was the time to get back on track and have the rest of you day be better.

Good luck, for a better day tomorrow.

Keelan.

I would take advantage of the little bit of learning you can do from this... stop and evaluate what triggered you to overeat and plan some strategies for the next time you are in the same position!

I have a journal that I keep that is strickly for evaluating things like overeating, emotional eating, boredom eating, etc. It really helps to be able to objectively step back from it all and not feel so overwhelmed and in the middle of your food-war.
