10 minute...For all the days I missed!!! LOL! ~ Challenge Thread~
On Thursday when I got home from Edmonton around 6:30 I ate then hubby and I went for a 30 minute walk. So goal achieved.
As for today I have no idea what I will be able to accomplish. My son has a taekwondo tournament all day so I am not sure when it is over or if I will get in my 30 minutes. Just incase I will park at the far end of the parking lot and make the walk as long as possible to try to comensate for the possibility that I may miss my walk today!
Good luck peeps and let me know how you are doing with your exercise!

I missed a few days too! I was in a module in Edmonton on Thursday, Interview on Friday and then drove out to work and am here now until Next Friday.
Thursday, I didnt sleep well and I was really dragging my butt. I had to drive into Edmonton and I'd never been to the Rutherford for a module and ended up having to ring the booking line to find out where it was- ITS IN THE ROYAL BANK BUILDING for those of you who have to go and never have been. Parking is free, though. I ran up the stairs (got there a few mins late) and then during the break I ran back out to the car, and back up the stairs. When I finished I drove to Spruce Grove where I was staying the night and My friend Jamie and I went to WEM and did some window shopping, then a little real shopping. Went out for dinner and then hit the casino and lost a few dollars.
Friday... a bit of a bust. I parked across from my interview and then ran back and forth from the pay parking station to get a few steps in, while getting my parking sorted out. Interview went well and I think I am a pretty good candidate for the role, depending on how everyone else does. Then in the car and out to the plant for work. I didnt get out here until about 3pm and I tried to rush through as much as possible but it was still a bit of a wash of a day. I was in bed before 8pm due to being exhausted from the strange bed, the stress of the interview, and the long drive.
Hopefully will do better today!
