Brenda - Calcium question

Hey Brenda,

The Jamieson calcium chews that you use, are they the Mega Cal Calcium ones? Just wondering.

Ya I think so...they can be found at Walmart for about 12.00.  They are chocolate or carmel.

They have carbonate and citrate calcium that we need.  I eat a lot of yogurts, cheese and milk too...my calcium was just fine.
