10 minute Wednesday ~Challenge Thread~

How did we do today peeps?  Hope you Edmontonians were able to take advantage of the nice weather!

I had my CT scan today and had to battle the weather to get there, so I took advatntage of the fact that my feet would not get wet by walking in the city as they would have here.  I parked as far away from the main entrance as I could and walked to my appointment.  I walked a little bit around the hospital as well.  It is a very nice hospital:)  I didn't get my 30 minutes in, but I did take extra steps!  Hope you all enjoyed your Wednesday!

i had my first day at TRIBAL FUSION... its a variation of BELLY DANCING.. OMG.. i am soooo sore .. and it has been just over an hour since my class... i am afraid to find out how i will feel in the morning lol.

how did u CT scan go?? 

your here in town on friday right?? ? are you comming to the EBSG group meeting friday at 530?

I spent the day at the Emergancy.. No walk today.. Got discharged at 5:00.. Hope I feel up to walking tomorrow..

And Sarah, I'm not sure what the ESGB group is.  Is that emotional eaters?  If so then no I'm not in it.  I am in preping for surgery Friday though at the clinic.  It's at 9am

it is alot of people that are looking to .. or have had weight loss surgery. It is a support group. You can ask the ones who have had it any questioins you my have. Tomorrow is a clothing swap.. if you have any clothes that are too big for you that are still in good shape .. bring them.. and if anyone wants they .. they can have em:)

it is friday the 16th 530 pm till about 830 but you can leave ... when ever :)... it is in the same place you go for the clinic.. in the jean hamilton room... :)

Unfortunately I will have left the city by then. My son has his dermatologist appointment at 230 and we will be leaving as soon as that is over. Is the group any other times? Maybe post it on here. If I can make it to one I would love to come!
