Exercise= Migraine?

i woke up today with the worst MIGRAINE i have had for a long time... so bad i was throwing up...

has anyone ever had this after a really good work out?? I had my tribal Fusion class last night and it really really was a great work out.

that sound like a really yuckky headache alright.. no i haven't had that happen for me... your'e the belly dancer arent you... my mother has been one for a number of years and loves it so much ... good for you...

lol.. well.. i take the class.. i really wouldnt say IM THE BELLY DANCER lol..

yeah it was nasty.. i slept till 1pm... i had to call in sick for work too.

   You most certainly can get migraines from exercising as when you exercise strenuously you induce or further exacerbate a catabolic state.  If you are prone to having a catabolic metabolic profile then this would occur more easily for you.  Things you can do to prevent migraine are to eat sterols such as eggs, cheese, butter, etc. and do not take any essential fatty acids.
