Exercise= Migraine?

You most certainly can get migraines from exercising as when you exercise strenuously you induce or further exacerbate a catabolic state. If you are prone to having a catabolic metabolic profile then this would occur more easily for you. Things you can do to prevent migraine are to eat sterols such as eggs, cheese, butter, etc. and do not take any essential fatty acids.
