Hey there!  Saw that you had posted that you were in the ER. I hope you are ok!  What happened?

hey ya i was ,, i have a cyst type pocket the size of a golf ball)   under my incision that prior to this was infected. they are trying antibio and pain meds and if that doesnt work then sat i will have to go for a CT scan and they will try and fix it.. Im finding today a little better just tired... I know it could be worse..

things will be ok... Im sure of it.. I really believe that these things happen to show me something.... Im missiing.. Not sure what. cus boy.. I really wanted to be at a different point 10 days out..

Im hoping that the Anit's will do the trick cus I dont want to spend My sat in Hospital.. :-(

 One thing Im truly looking forward to is the next " stage" which will be on the 20th.. I can finally eat something that isnt Jello, Yogurt, ect.. I have been on this LD/FF thing for over 1 mth. Im not craving food just want to try my hand at eating fish chicken ect.. Something I really love...

My main incision was infected also...but it wasn't a cyst...just infection. There was a couple of stiches each side that they removed for drainage. I had home care come twice a day. I eventually was put on a vac pack...which worked very well..but I hated carting it around on my shoulder...

Anyways, it took me almost a month for my wound to close properly...it has to heal from the inside out.

Antibiotics helped too..

It was a rough night again.. wnet to be around 330 finally up around 800 .. Going to try and go early as the guys are working and Im home alone..

 But Im not giving up.. I did talk to the RD and she said serveral people have had the cyst thingy after this surgery .. So I guess Im not alone.. They did a ultra sound and I saw it.. The Dr said it should Go away.. But nothing is ever Perfect.. Im greatful that its not as bad as I have seen some others. Just tough to sleep. Im giving it till Sunday then Im  going in. Thats 5 days of Pain Meds and Anti's.. RD said that was a good decison.. Cus I hate Hospitals. And I have to go to the RAH not the North East.  :-(  Thanks you for all your support it maeans alot..

 I did weigh my self when i was at drs on Monday 321.. And Wed the bigger scale said 320. so I guess Im somewhere in between.. LOL

 RD did tell me I can try and eat 3 Tbs every 2 hrs or 2 tbs every hr.. Next week... she is going to send me some " Protien Foods that I can make at home with my slow cooker.. that way my hubby and I can do it .. " i can help".. I dont like canned soups.. and this way put it all in.. let it go. freeze what we dont eat..

Im very blessed for all i have today and i dont take it for granted..

Hope last night was better and that this thing clears itself up:(  I feel bad that you are so uncomforatble.  Widh there was something we could do for you!  Just take it easy.  Hopefully today is better and you won't need to go in to the hospital tomorrow!
