I kinda have the same thing- I use a binder to journal in and in the front it's full of pockets to put sheets from the clinic and modules etc. Having all the lifestyle change stuff in on area makes it easier for cross reference if you ever need it.

Start journaling what you eat and what activity you have in your day too. It will help as it's cruical to do in the program and having a headstart is always good.

Binder, folder as long as it works. How big are these modules? Should I get a large folder or binder or just the average? Hmmm.. A journal, I'm guessing it's the same as I started for the Dr in BC. So I'd say I'm ahead already.. perfect.

A small binder would be fine.  I have done them all and I only use the folder we got from orientaion or the first day at the clinic.  It holds all my module materials as well as all the info from the clinic:)

Relene...

Are you approved for surgery with Dr Birch?

If so, that is awesome.

Well I go for a CT scan tomorrow to check my liver. I go on Friday to the preparing for surgery class and I am registered for the managing the change class in June. The intern said I should be called for surgery within the next 3 months, but I guess until I am awake after it happens I will always feel like they might change their minds. So I think yes...lol! And I am very excited!

I use my binder faithfully i have also printed   lots about Depression and surgery, exersise and surgery.. before and after. Also got some great motivational cartoons off line and support group sites.

The modules are very small but very informative.. Im looking at taking a few nurtition ones over as i feel i need a refresher.. And when you take them they give you a password so you can go back and look at...
