I would add some sugar free flavourings to the drinks too (from Second cup)...in my magic bullet I would put some ice cubes, and Ensure..a capful of flavour syrup and blend away...yummy!

Not much else you can do to doctor things up...chin up!

COOL!...that's sweet!...I drive thru the grove every time I go to Edmonton, SOOO, we'll have to meet for coffee (or BROTH---LOL) one day! This is neat especially cuz we can track and encourage each other if we wanted to, and compare notes etc!

Ummm..how reputable is this place? Do you know of anyone else who has been to them?  How much does it cost?  I wish you the best of luck, take care.  Why are you not having this done in Alberta?

How did your surgery go? I am sceduled on the 25th of March with Dr.Kuri..(I think)  Did you have to do the liver shrinking diet?  If so how did that go?  Any advice with any thing you've larned since your operation?  I live in near Onoway. not that far from Drayton Actually.....Hope you are well
