Hey Grant, I was wondering how the egg was too?

The eggs were great first solid food for about 5 weeks.

If you look at the Ensure...there is too much sugar....I dumped!

What type of surgery are you having?

I'm having a VSG next week . OMG i just said next week yikes. I just don't understand this liquid diet, I mean i feel like if I stray I'll be found out and I'll be refused surgery. I'd much rather have chicken broth at least once a day.. its hard to cook for your family and not have anything savory. in looking at the sugar and salt components in ensure it seems silly not to be able to switch it up a bit.
