ring around the pouch?

Hi, I had surgery in sept . with Dr. Nohr, I have been hearing about some dr's putting a ring around the pouch at time of surgery, does anyone know if Dr. Nohr does this with his rny surgery.  Thanks

The procedure is known as a Fobi pouch. The only surgery I'm aware of that Dr Nohr does is the RNY (open and lap).
