Hello Xcalibur2572
I just wanted to tell you that I've been enjoying reading your posts. They are honest, to the point. I'm heading to Edmonton in Sept. My first appointment is Module one and it's on Sept 8th/09. My sister is coming with me. I do have a concern; I realize those who agree to go with the Weight Wise program have to wear a Pedometer. I can walk for short distances, I use a powerchair. I do better in a swimming pool. I read in one of the forums that you have to get 10,000 steps in, is that per day? What is 10,000 steps in regards to distance. I'm sorry if these questions are stupid.
Anyways, I have to go to a local hospital here to get weighed. I will not be surprised if I weigh over 500 ibs this time! Oh well. I'm so looking forward to attending Weight Wise.
thanks
