Liquid pre-op

So I found decent tasting protein powder at Costco, giant container for 30bucks, it has 25g of protein, 120cal and 2g of carbs.  I mix it with Almond Breeze, Vanilla unsweetened which has 40cal, 2g carbs and 1g of protein.  At the end of the day with 3 shakes only I'm at 78g of protein, 12g of carbs and 480 cals. 
NOW, what is good to add, cause I'm hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I know I can have broths, lots of crystal light, etc, but all that does is make me need to pee.   I miss substance.....

Cool...did you order that online costco or in a Calgary store? What is the name of it? Thanks for sharing great protein powders are hard to find

Its called Leanfit Whey Protein Shake 2g carbs, 25g protein in a 2kg tub.  I got the chocolate, it has no aspartame either!  I got it at the South Costco.  They had vanilla too.  I like to mix in a few frozen strawberries as they are relatively low in carbs and I mix it with the Almond Breeze to keep all the numbers down. 

One other shake I like is from Arbonne, their shakes are dairy free, vegan approved and mix well with water.  They  have 180 cal, 15g carbs, 20g protein (all for chocolate, vanilla and strawberry are a tiny bit less).  Those numbers are based on two scoops, but its still really rich with just one scoop, and if you are craving a chocolate fix this is the skake for you!  Arbonne stuff is ordered online and its a bit expensive, but definately tastey!  Just check out www.arbonne.ca , if you sign up for a membership ($35 the first year then $18 annually) you get 20% off your orders.  They also have some great detox stuff too.
