1 year later......

wow, I would never have believed this would be me, I certainly would have been at my goal if I would not have been lazy and maintained the last 3 months. I am so thankful to Dr. Birch and the band he gave me to get on the right track. My life is full filled and I am so happy. I hope you all find or have found the success and happiness that I am feeling today.
