HI and welcome.  I had my band done on NOv19/08 by Dr. Karmali and before the surgery I was on 4 cans of EnsureHP a day and 1 cup skim milk for two weeks.  I lost 19lbs in the two weeks and hve lost another 38 lbs since the surgery.

Talk to your nutritionist  and see what she says.  Good luck with the procedure and keep in touch.  Love Eydie
