I am not sure but I think that my nut said that you can buy it at the RAH pharmacy. Did you check there?

You can buy them pretty much everywhere. I bought some at walmart, sobeys , save on foods, superstore, safeway. I buy a couple here and there, I also check the prices, The cheapest I bought soem for was 8.99 per case at London D rugs, hope this helps

Thanks ....I found some at London Drugs for $11.99 for 6...so I picked up the three flavours...I am using up the other ones I bought first...I figured by the time I get to the last week of this liquid diet, I will really need the high protein stuff  lol.

Day one....went well...was so damn busy I forgot to drink my last cup of skim milk.

Just wondering how you done so far with the ensure drinks??? Im starting mine in 10 days.
I have a question for u? when you went for your pre admission apt which is suppose to last for 4-5 hours, what did you do??? It seems quite long 5 hours for an apointment just wondering mine is this coming Tuesday... Well good luck on your ensure diet. Take care.

Umm....what is your name? lol....Mine is Brenda.

Anyways, first week done...and 10 lbs lighter...sheeeeeesh!  That is good...and I am getting used to it....but I won't lie...a big greasy cheeseburger would be awesome about now lol.

Pre admission....you fill out a two page form....then they weight and take your height. Then you watch a 15 minture video about what to expect with surgery....then they take you a room...a nurse asks you questions about your health and the surgery. Then they do an ECG on you. I had to wait for a doctor to see me as I have type 2 diabetes....finally he came in and talked to me ...asked me about my blood sugars...checked my heart and found I had a slight mermer...so he ordered an Echocardiogram for the next day (which by the way turned out normal ) 

Then, lastly a chest x-ray...then you were able to go home. There were 5 other people besides me.

Congrats on the 10 lbs down, thats awesome.

I know what you mean taht ud eart a freguen huge burger right n ow , but think on the positive side, hehe it will all good.

You are a strong minded lady, Im sure youll survive just as we all will.

I have my pre op admission clinic tomorrow morning, hopefully it wont be too too long, they said to expect 4-5 hrs, but I already did an ecg and stomach xray maybe i wont need to do those two test well see.

These 8 days hopefully will go fast...it's going to be a busy week...the weekend could be brutal though...

Huge family gathering on Saturday....lots of food...etc....oh well...I have to remind myself I am there to visit.
