Falling off the wagon...
Hi there,
I had a horrible week last week (very stressful) and I feel like I'm hitting that wall, where I get that who cares attitude. The attitude that gets me sitting in front of the couch and not doing too damn much to help myself. I haven't caved into any temptations yet (food wise), but I'm struggling to get my workout in and feel like I just need to eat to fill the void.
Sorry for dumping on you...but I thought perhaps venting here might help me get back on track.
Any ideas on what I can do to feel more motivated and excited about the whole weightloss thing?

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling, but you are doing the right thing reaching out for support. I'm not sure if you journal but you if you do, look back to those weeks you were successful and feeling positive. Try breaking your routine, go for walk, clean you house. Get your mind off of it. Remember you are important and you must come first!
