foods for the day

Hi Everyone.
Okay...I'm trying to be accountable for what I eat..so perhaps posting and sharing it will help.
I've done pretty good on the 3cups per day..but I admit, it's flippen difficult at times!!
Today I'm having:

B/F
1 c. cheerios
1/4 c Skim Milk

snack
1/4 c. almonds

lunch.
4oz salmon
1/4 c. brown rice
1/4 c. mixed veggies

snack
clementine

dinner
1 c. homemade turkey soup
4 crackers.

what are you having...and good filling recipes you want to share that are high in protein, low fat and calories???

Hey Karen - Your food looks good, today I have had

Isagenix Shake made with
8 oz water
1/2 a banana
1/4 c. mixed berries

3 oz turkey breast
ww tortilla
clementine

1/4 c almonds

4 oz chicken breast
1/4 c carrots
1/4 c potato
sliced cucumber

I'll probably have some kind of snack later, I have my gastroscopy tomorrow at 3:30 and I'm not supposed to eat after midnight tonight. I'm hungry already just thinking about it.lol
