MY little fill isn't helping

Well, after having the little fill on Dec.23, i did okay until yesterday at supper.  I haven't had any belching to really be bothered by since the fill and all of a sudden I can eat anything and any amount I want.  I probably packed away at least three cups of potatoes, dressing, creamed veggies and gravy before I went to bed last night and have been hungry ever since.

Very strange!!!!

So here is my plan for today:  measure everything ( no more than 2/3 c at a meal and only one snack at bedtime.

Up the water intake.

Start doing the treadmill again/

No more Christmas leftovers...can't throw them out as son is living with us and really wants them.

Take a laxative...have been plugged up for three days, thought all that gravy etc might do it but no such luck!!

BAck to the tuna salad, egg sald, etc. and really strict measuring...I  know I am going to be hungry as I am sitting here wanting some of that great dinner again right now but I have to be strong.

I will call the clinic on Monday and maybe the doc willl up the fill....this little one just seemed to make thing s worse.
