Why is this board so quiet? I go to the main board and it is crazy busy and lots of answers to our questions.

Hi Ellen I am seeing my doctor Tuesday. I have been having a real bad time with my hernia and so laying low last week. I know she sent a refferal to Edmonton but no answer there yet. So Tuesday I will tell her I need to see someone NOW. I am vomiting way too much and gross to say but it looks like a bit of dried blood sometimes. I have trouble sleeping and can feel the pressure of the hernia. So cross you fingers for me. This is getting otu of hand and I have had enough. Hope your having a good Easter weekend. Conni

hi conni and ellen john here i'm not having any luck with bcmed they said to me on the phn good luck tying to get approval for out of country for cali. and that all those places are into it for the money,also that i have to be dying to get approval. if i could reach thru the phn i would of slapped them. I have sleep apnea appt today and enrochonligist appt on may 26. I'm still trying here

Yep I would have been jumping through the phone with that comment. I would have asked her if she worked for free, aren't we all working for money. I talked to a pretty decent lady at BC MED and I think she was the same one that Ellen & DR. Le Port talked to. I know I sometimes get the feeling that people in government positions feel like they can play god and make the decisions and comments that are rude and hurtful. Its not like its coming out of their personal pockets. Keep working at it and let us know how you make out with your next appointments
