please help

I need someone who has gone through this process in Toronto with either dr.hagsen or Huynh this last year to tell me how the process works and what to expect time wise my first appointment is not until march the 27th and I just lost a sister and brother within 6 days from heart attacks I do not think I can wait another year for this surgery . Please tell me what to expect and what the wait times are now in ontario
