Anyone else experience not losing any weight for months?

Hi fellow banders...Ok had my surgery in Feb. and I am now on fill #4...going to have fill number 5 soon. But I have not lost any weight! I am still down the initial 20 lbs from the Optifast pre-surgery and was even down more and then when I had fill #3 I actually gained 9 lbs. Now the clinic says it can happen but it is not common. So I guess I am actually one of the few who gained. I always have the same problem, my band is tight at the beginning and then after a week, I can pretty much eat everything. I am getting frustrated because I hear about the "sweet spot" but that has not happened to me yet. My family and co-workers are wondering what the heck is going on since they know I had the surgery. I am just frustrated that is all....I hear about people who say the fat justs melts off of them and to me that hasn't happened. Do you have any suggestions or advice? I would be so grateful. I had surgery January 31, 07, and lost 70 lbs. Since November I have not lost anything. I finally started keeping a diary and found that I was slipping back into the habits of snacking and not being careful of what I ate. I was eating anything that would go down. Now that I have got back on track I am slowly starting to loose again. I have only had 2 fills - one in Edmonton and the other in Saskatoon and will soon go to Saskatoon for another one.
