Im going to mexico for surgery..Who does fills in edmonton???

Im going to go to dr. Kurri in Mexico to get my lapband done...Im worried about follow up in edmonton though... Does anyone know who does fills and if there are Dr's that do follow up here??Any info would be great!

Hi Jordanna! When are you going? I am scheduled with Dr. Kuri on November 8th! I live in Saskatchewan and found that Dr. Kuri is the best answer. I actually met him in person when he came to Saskatoon in September! I have never been so sure of anything than I am right now. Answer soon - okay? Hi Jordanna, I can't help you with the Edmonton Doctors but I just called Dr Mitchells office here in Calgary(he does lapbands here) and they were happy to take me on for fills etc. I'm sure you'll find the same thing in Edmonton. When are you going for your band? Dr Kuri did mine on June 29, and it was a great experience for me. I'm glad I did it. I hope your journey goes well. Keep in touch. Betty

Have u found out if Alberta Health Care will cover any of the costs?

Hi. I found a doctor in St. Albert that does the fills however I don't know if he is taking new patients. His name is Dr. Daviduck and he works at the Salvus Family Medical clinic. Hope this helps. Dawn
