Band Leaking

Hello, I am going for fills about every 3 or 4 months. I think my band is leaking! The reason I say this is each time I go, my Doctor tells me there is less in the band than the last time. This has happened the last 2 times that I have gone for a fill. Before this I needed an adjustment because I had lost weight but now I do not loose much weight at all with the fills. I had lost 40 lbs. ( thats all I needed to loose) and now have gained 12 back. I understand the sweet spot thing but it drives me batty not being able to fit into my clothes that I did 4 months ago. How does this nutty band work over a long period of time. Does any one have any advise for me. I do eat the wrong foods at times but I'm not stupid about it.
