Hi Brenda!, I would love to be involved with any support group that helps people in any stage of their weight loss journey. I had a VB Gastroplasty 10 years ago and lost 260lbs and kept it off for 5 years but then started having issues. I did not have any support and I feel things would have gone better for me if I had to have someone to turn to for info or support. My doctor sent me home with no back up and even the nutritionist that I saw didn't know much about BS. Hopefully this time round all this will change. I am looking forward to having the bi-pass and have my first class in Aug. I waited 3 years in Nova Scotia before I loved here to Alberta.
