Mine is coming up FAST! 12-30-15, I am so nervous and it was a last min schedule! Insurance denied then approved at last min so I dont have the crazy all liquid diet like most preop patients!
I am getting ready for the liquid diet here in a couple days, my brain is already freaking out!

Hi,
I'm Sheryl and for once about my weight I know I'm doing the right thing. I'm 54 years old and weigh over 235 pounds. I've dieted all of my life and I'm tired of gaining it all back. I'm hoping that this process helps me learn how to eat properly, even if the weight loss is slower than most diets I have tried. Sounds weird, but I can't weight to get started!
