This afternoon I received the confirmation/approval phone call! They confirmed everything and reminded me Dec. 15 is my surgery date, as if I could forget!!! 6 am Monday December 15, 2014 cannot come fast enough.
4 More Days!!!!! I have surgery on the 15th and I couldn't be more excited!!! Hope everyone is doing well with recovery or diets pre surgery!! :)
Mine is also on Monday the 15th!!! (squeal) Yay! How are you doing with the all liquid??
The premier drinks from Costco are the best!! They aren't at all thickish like the stuff you will get at the hospital. They give you Boost at Bay Area. I loved the strawberry! But for us boost just isn't the right thing. The premier drinks are 11oz with 30 grams of protein in there. Plus they are delish!! I saw they have them at walmart in the 4 packs but so expensive. It's $24.99 for a box of 12 at costco. You can also order them off of amazon if you can't get to a costco. Best wishes again!
Hi, I was wondering how you were recovering? I had to stay 3 extra days due to an illias (my insides took a longer nap than the rest of me). I am still quite tender so I am giving myself til Saturday to rest and lounge around. I have it figured that on New Years Day I will be able to eat real food again. (not the liquid diet). So exciting!! Hope this finds you well :)
