I too am scheduled for December 18th! Between now and then is a crazy time but I actually wanted the week before christmas as its a quieter time for my family. We celebrate at home...very mellow so even though I will still be recuperating on Christmas, I am hoping most of the discomfort is gone.
I work from home so that makes going back to work easier but it also means having to not overdo anything.
Good luck...it would be nice to keep in touch regarding everyone's journey's. I know they are all different!

Hi all! I'm brand new here (just joined today)! I've been going through the process since March and I'm super excited to have my surgery later this month! I heard about this site from my friend that lost over 240 lbs after having gastric bypass. She told me it was very helpful so Iook forward to sharing this journey with you all! Jean
Getting there, one day at a time...
I am going to have gastric sleeve on Dec 10th and would interested in joining a group too. I am excited but a little anxious. Have you had your pre-op class yet? I feel a better knowing more.
